WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders are non-cancellable once payment has been made.

Order Refunds

We love experimenting with female jewellery, and we understand that you might occasionally change your mind. 

If the item is not to your liking, you may return your unworn bracelets, necklaces or rings in their packaging up to 14 days after the date of shipment to us at the cost borne by the customer. Full refund amount will be return to you in a form of coupon which can only be used once with a validity of 2 months. Please note that if you choose to mail your item back to us via normal post that you assume the risk that the package may get lost, and we accept no responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use registered postage to prevent such incidences from occurring. We reserve the right to refuse credits for items that are returned to us damaged, broken or incomplete. Do bubble wrap your items to ensure that such incidences do not happen. Unfortunately, all Sales items will not be allowed for any returns or exchanges of credits. Do kindly give us 5 working days to process your returns and get back to you.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please drop us an email and quote your order number, details of the product, the reason for return, and pictures so that we can quickly verify your case. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Cost of normal mail postage will be borne by us. You have 5 days after the date of shipment to return it to us before we deem the item worn.

Incorrect Items

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please drop us your email quoting your order number, details of the product, the reason for return, and the picture so that we can quickly verify your case. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Please note that all returns should be done via normal mail and we do not accept the charges for envelope costs of registered mail costs. Cost of normal mail postage will be borne by us.

We accept payment via Visa/Master cards, PayPal and PayNow (only for Singapore orders).
